Stay Hydrated.
Choose a pure source of water.

Class Preparation

  1. Please bring a Yoga Mat, towel, and water bottle to class.

  2. Wear a fitted or loose-fitting shirt made from breathable fabric, and yoga pants or leggings that allow for flexibility and freedom of movement. Shorts are also an option, especially for men.

  3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your yoga class. For adequate hydration, drink 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight. For example: If you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water daily, which breaks down to 12.5 eight-ounce glasses of water a day.  It is best to space them out so that you don't deplete your electrolight levels. Hydration is crucial in the heated classes because it helps prevent dehydration.

  4. Avoid large meals close to class time, (2 to 3 hours before class) this will make your workout more comfortable and allow you to get the maximum benefit out of the class.

  5. Use the bathroom if needed before class.

  6. Please leave your shoes and cell phones in the lobby.

  7. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to find your spot and settle in, showing up late disrupts the class in session.

  8. The studio is a dedicated environment for tranquility, relaxation, and focus. Upon your arrival, we invite you to take a moment to clear your mind, establish your intention, and permit yourself to be fully present for the next hour.

  9. After class, we encourage you to stay in *Savasana for at least two minutes before leaving to absorb the full benefits of your hard work.

  10. Please feel free to converse with others before and after class in the lobby.

  11. The studio is a fragrance-free zone. Please avoid wearing cologne, perfume, scented lotions, or any other type of fragrance to class.
