Stay Hydrated

Class Preparation
-
Please bring a Yoga Mat, towel, and water bottle to class.
-
Wear a fitted or loose-fitting shirt made from breathable fabric, and yoga pants or leggings that allow for flexibility and freedom of movement. Shorts are also an option, especially for men.
-
Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your yoga class. For adequate hydration, drink 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight. For example: If you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water daily, which breaks down to 12.5 eight-ounce glasses of water a day. It is best to space them out so that you don't deplete your electrolight levels. Hydration is crucial in the heated classes because it helps prevent dehydration.
